Shipping + Returns

Order Shipment + Delivery

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the processing and shipment of your order. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number. For local deliveries, please allow 1 to 3 business days for drop off at your front door. You will receive an email when your order has been delivered. If you have a certain place you would like it left, please indicate when placing your order. 

 

For missing or stolen items, please contact USPS or UPS. We cannot offer a refund or replacement for these situations.

Returns

If item arrives damaged, please email a photo to confectioncandleco@gmail.com for a refund or replacement. To return an undamaged product, you will be required to pay the shipping cost for the unused and undamaged item. Once the return is received, your subtotal will be refunded.
